Functional Fitness
Strength and conditioning small group workouts that are made up of functional movement preformed at a high intensity level. Our process aims to optimize meaningful fitness output at each age, ability, and stage of a person’s life.
Functional Fitness will be a class for everyone trying to become a fitter human. We will be doing functional movements with the purpose of making you fitter for daily life!
Must be a YMCA member to participate.
